Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Honors/HSC
Experience: At least 1 year
Age 18 to 28 years

Additional Requirements:
Call Center, Outbound and Inbound Calls, Customer Care.
Able to speak beautifully and clearly.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Must have a willingness to learn and grow
good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The applicants should have expertise in Call Center
Responsibilities & Context

Workplace: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Providing product details to customers and accepting orders through phone calls.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the sales.
Provide accurate information to customers and address their queries.
Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.
